This class does not qualify as an intro class for studio membership.

Prerequisite: Must have basic throwing and trimming skills.

Instructor: Adam Spencer

Demonstration on and off the pottery wheel: Throwing multiple shapes of mugs, attaching handles and carving techniques.

Projects: Making mugs, of course. 3-4 finished pieces. Yes, they are all mugs.

What to bring: 12# of clay week 1 & week 2, along with basic throwing / trimming tools. Week 3 is glazing. Bring brushes (multiple sizes and shapes: mop, round and detail) Some tools available to use in class.

Bisque firing is included.

We’ll contact you when the pieces are bisque fired and ready for pickup.
