Reactive Glass Exploration Workshop: Instructor: Debra Limbocker

Jan 26th, 27th and 29th, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Discover the fascination world of reactive glass in this three-session, hands-on workshop. Together, we'll explore how different glass combinations interact and how heat influences those reactions. You will have the opportunity to explore sheet glass, some frit reactions and stringers. Through a blend of guided discussion and studio work, you'll gain a deeper understanding of reactive behavior and create your own sample pieces.
Over the course of three evenings, you'll experiment with various combinations, create sample tiles, and complete one or two small pieces. Your tiles may be left flat or slumped into a shallow dish, depending on your preference.
**Prerequisite:**
Participants should already be comfortable cutting glass before enrolling.
