Celebrate Mother's Day with an evening of relaxation at the North Peace Leisure Pool, generously sponsored by Foundry Fort St John, operated by YMCA BC. Enjoy a calming sound bath led by Nourishing Peace, designed to help you unwind and recharge.
No registration required and FREE to attend. Limited floats available—bring your own if you’d like!
Event Schedule:5:30pm – 6:00pm – Welcome, introductions, & getting settled6:00pm – 7:00pm – Sound bath experience with Nourishing Peace7:00pm – 7:30pm – Closing remarks & clean-up
Sound Bath Options:• Lap Pool (dry): Limited floats available or bring your own paddleboard + yoga mat• Leisure Pool (wet): In-water floating on tubes or pool noodles, limited floats available (bathing attire required)• Pool Deck (dry): Yoga mats available (or bring your own!) for those who prefer to stay out of the water
