Description

Stroller Fit is a baby-friendly and full body workout. Each class will include cardio intervals, strength training and more! All classes will include core and flexibility exercises. Come out and meet other moms in your community. Classes will take place indoors at the Studio at the Pomeroy Sport Centre. All fitness levels welcome.

Note: Women should have the approval of their physician to exercise postpartum and fill out a Get Active Questionnaire.

Drop in for $12 (tax included) or save by registering for all six classes for $60 (tax included). Register online or skip the online fees by signing up in person at the North Peace Leisure Pool or Pomeroy Sport Centre.
