Join our Progressive Ballet Techniques (PBT) Certified teacher Ms. Ely for our specialized conditioning class! PBT Conditioning is utilized by RAD studios across the globe, as it was created by a RAD Registered Teacher specifically for RAD Students, catering to ballet-specific needs. It is an excellent supplemental course for ballet students to help train their body for the increasingly demanding techniques of upper-level ballet. This class is OPTIONAL for students in Intermediate Foundations & Intermediate (RAD Grades 6 & 7). However, it is HIGHLY recommended, as PBT will be required for all Advanced level classes (RAD Grades 8 - 10). This class will meet on Thursdays from 7:00-8:00pm. The class runs for 20 weeks from Jan. 14 - June 3, 2027. PLEASE SEE THE ATTIRE INFO GUIDE IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS.
