No Experience-Beginner Materials Included In this 4-session class, we will deepen our mastery of fundamental blacksmithing skills. We will focus on forging spoons and spatulas to learn processes including isolating material, spreading hot steel, refining forged tapers, grinding, and food-safe finishes. You will be encouraged to explore you own unique creativity and will walk away with several finished pieces. *Class meets on Wednesday evenings in September, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Open studio hours will begin AFTER the first session on September 2, and are then held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
