Adult Intermediate focuses on stroke development and stroke mechanics. Swimmers are introduced to the four competitive swimming strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits. This class will focus on the deep end swimming skills, all four swim strokes, and techniques including diving, rotary breathing, and flip turns. Advanced swimmers will also focus on building endurance for distance swimming. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
