Description

This a drop in class only!
This yoga is for you if you're ready to wake up and gently move. The class will include meditation, breath work and yoga postures designed to free your joints and strengthen muscles while including standing and balance poses designed to rejuvenate you.
This is a great way to start your day. No prior yoga experience required - everyone is welcome!!
