Description
For participants who have already completed Tai Chi for Arthritis, Balance and Fall Prevention, Part I, or with instructor’s permission.
You will learn/ practice TCA Part 2 and other Tai Chi for Health forms including Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, Tai Chi for Stress Reduction and Immunity, Tai Chi for Memory and Tai Chi for Diabetes.
Participants may come Tuesday or Thursday, or both.
Class is held at Buchanan Park Recreation Center.
