Volunteer at the Ageless Athletes Summit
The Ageless Athletes Summit would not be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm, and generosity of our volunteers. Whether you're a student looking for service hours, a community member who enjoys giving back, a local organization seeking volunteer opportunities, or a family member cheering on a participant, we invite you to become part of this inspiring event.
No previous experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a passion for supporting active older adults. Volunteer assignments are available for a variety of interests and physical abilities, with flexible shifts throughout the event.
All Volunteers will be offered a FREE BBQ LUNCH and given Reflective Vests on day of event. Staff T-Shirts will be given until supplies run out, first come first serve!
Volunteers will have the option to sign up for the following Positions:

• Parking/Traffic Control
• Info & Registration
• Food Service
• Game Referees
• Trash & Cleanup
• General Assistance
• Competitor Assistance
• Event Setup/Tear down

Please specify if you can stay for the entire event, or would prefer a half shift (Morning: 7am-12pm, Afternoon: 10am-3pm).
For any and all Volunteers: if you need Volunteer Hours/Community Service Hours or Verification of any kind for your service, please reach out to us directly so that we can get your hours signed off for you! We are more than happy to validate all hours worked during the event and thank you for your assistance and time!
