Buchanan Ponds Fishing Permits Evergreen Park and Recreation District has enhanced the ponds at Buchanan Park Recreation Center to be an exceptional fishery. - Nets and barbless flies are required. - Catch and release only. - Float tubes permitted. No boats. - A limit of 10 permits are sold daily. - No State fishing license is required. - Wristband must be picked up at the Buchanan Recreation Center front desk each day you fish. - Wrist bands must be worn while fishing. If you have any questions or need to report any problems, call the Buchanan Park Recreation Center 720.880.1100. An ID card is required for the punch card and DR rate.
