Description

Join us for this unique blend of contemporary, lyrical & modern dance for the mind, body and soul. This class is open and welcoming for everyone, whether you're new to dance, returning or looking for a supportive and warm dance environment. Each class begins with a technical warm up followed by learning a short, choreographed dance phrase, ending with a gentle cool down. Breathe, release and have fun.
