EYS Dodgeball Tournament

Registration Requirements:

• Teams will be formed strictly with 7 participants with no subs allowed.
• Please select a team captain who will fill out the Team Registration Google Form. This form will include: team name, team walk out song and the names of all team participants.
• Please note that you and your team are not eligible for the tournament unless both ActiveNet registration from ALL teammates and Team Captain Google Form is submitted.
• Team Captain will receive correspondence from EYS confirming team registration when it is complete via email.

Important To Know:

• An email will be sent to all parents the week of the tournament indicating drop off and pick up times, team player expectations & game rules.
• Bracket information will not be provided prior to the event. The bracket decision is made solely by EYS staff and EYS Alliance volunteers and is subject to change upon their discretion only.
• All players must remain for the entire duration of the tournament.

Player Acknowledgements:

• I will follow directions from EYS staff, EYS Alliance volunteers and other adult volunteers.
• I understand that I will need to obtain a bathroom pass should I need to use the restroom. Only two people will be allowed in the bathroom at one time.
• I understand that ANY calls made by EYS Staff, EYS Alliance volunteers or other adult volunteers are final and are not up for debate.
• I will show respect and good sportsmanship toward ALL who are at the dodgeball tournament.
• I understand that I am responsible for all of my belongings.
• I understand that by completing this registration means that I will uphold the previously mentioned standards. Should I not, I acknowledge that myself and my team will be eliminated from the tournament. No second chances.
