This coaching clinic provides opportunities for increased endurance, core strengthening, and skills refinement for individuals with developmental disabilities who swim competitively. Participants must be able to independently swim multiple lengths of the pool. Goals: Increase endurance level, enhance core strength, develop breathing techniques, and refine swim strokes for competition. Coaching is provided from the deck. Be ready to leave as soon as the program is over. Supervision is not provided before the scheduled start time. Excessive early drop-offs and late pick-ups may result in being dropped from the program.
