Nutrition Consultations with Carmen Roberts, RD

Meet with Registered Dietitian Carmen Roberts for a 30-minute private session to discuss your diet and health. Appointments are free for members aged 60+ (there is a $55 fee for those under 60; paid at front desk at time of appointment).

How to Register:

Call to Book: Online registration is no longer available. Please call the Ellicott City 50+ Center at 410-313-1400 to schedule.

Membership: A free 50+ Center membership is required. If you aren't a member yet, staff will help you sign up before your appointment.

Annual Limits: You may schedule up to two sessions per calendar year (sessions cannot be in back-to-back months).

About Your Consultant: Carmen Roberts has over 25 years of experience and has served our centers since 2018. She specializes in helping the community understand how nutrition supports wellness and prevents chronic disease.
