This class introduces basic ballet movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Learn at your own pace in a nurturing and relaxed environment. Leotard and tights are recommended but athletic-wear is also permitted. Canvas ballet shoes or supportive dance shoes are required. No class 11/26.
