Curious about using herbs and spices in new and exciting ways? This hands on class introduces you to flavors you may not have tried, including za’atar, saffron, and the often-overlooked marjoram. Learn to create a fragrant Tunisian lamb stew with saffron's signature aroma and golden hue, skillet pork chops with apples and marjoram finished with mustard seeds, and a uniquely flavored rosemary and olive oil cake for dessert. Plus, enjoy a few surprise recipes along the way! This engaging class blends hands-on cooking with chef demos to inspire your everyday and special occasion dishes. $60 materials fee is due upon arrival to class (not included in registration fee listed below).
