Seville is in the community of Andalusia, Spain, known for its hot climate, stunning Moorish architecture, and intense passion for flamenco. Over the centuries, the cuisine of Spain has been influenced by many cultures such as the Phoenicians, the Romans, and the Moors. The food is full of flavor and charisma. Don’t miss cooking these Seville dishes with Chef Alba. Our menu for this class: refreshing Salmorejo cold soup, Spanish garlic chicken (pollo al ajillo), and aromatic Spanish rice with veggies and spices.
