Building Strength as You Age: A Why and How-To SeriesJoin us as we follow along with the incredible story, “Rebuilding Mum and Dad”. Clare Johnston shares the program created for her 81-year-old mother and 80-year-old father and their journey to better strength, better health and a new-found outlook on life in their 80’s. From osteoporosis to just general exhaustion, Rhoda and Michael have found that strength training is the magic pill they needed. We will watch and discuss the series and then create our own strength plan with certified personal trainer, Roxanne Hartman, and fitness coordinator, Sherri Lively. Each participant will take part in a basic assessment and be tracked for 6 months with monthly check ins. Why wait until you feel like it’s impossible?
