This special 2-hour interactive workshop introduces basic techniques from Reiki and Healing Touch. Participants will learn how these gentle energies can soothe, calm, relax, and possibly help relieve pain in themselves or others. The workshop emphasizes that anyone can perform this work with an open and kind heart, and demonstrates how balance and health can be supported using hands, mind, and spirit.
