This contemporary Pilates class blends classical Pilates principles with modern exercises. The mat-based class focuses on creating long, lean muscles—especially in the core, hips, and legs—while improving balance, flexibility, and overall strength. Participants will stretch and strengthen muscles using higher repetitions to build muscular endurance.
