April is Poetry Month!You’re invited to share your own writing with Shelly and friends—or the work of another author you admire.
Poetry offers powerful benefits for mental, emotional, and cognitive well-being. It provides a creative outlet for processing complex feelings, helps reduce stress, increases self-awareness, and fosters empathy and connection.
Participants may read up to three poems or three pages of prose. To give everyone a chance to participate, please keep your reading to under five minutes.
