A continuation of our Healthy Mind, Healthy Life presentation, this uplifting session explores the many forms of grief that can surface during the holidays, including life transitions, changing family roles, and the loss of loved ones. Learn simple tools to support emotional well-being through gentle movement, reflection, and a guided meditation. All are welcome.
