Description

This activity has been cancelled.

While caregiving can be deeply meaningful, it often brings emotional stress, exhaustion, and isolation. Supporting caregivers’ mental health is essential—not only for their own well-being, but also for those they care for. This presentation highlights the importance of maintaining mental health throughout the caregiving journey. (Light refreshments provided by Visiting Angels). Registration required!
