The Even Strength Adult Learn to Play program is designed to ensure a positive experience for women new to hockey. It provides women a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment to learn the basics of hockey. Even Strength 3.0 is designed for players who have successfully completed Even Strength 2.0 and are ready to transition into more advanced tactical play, higher pace decision-making, and position-specific execution. This stage focuses on applying individual skills within team systems through competitive small area games, situational tactics, and full-ice positional play.
