Lean about baking delicious desserts with Sofia! You will learn baking and decorating best practices and new techniques in a friendly and supportive setting. During this class, students will make a yummy treat just in time for the holiday season. They will learn different techniques along the wat. At the end of the class, each person will have their dessert to bring home.

Instructor Sofia Poe has been a pastry chef in multiple places on the island and has been creating custom cakes with whimsical flavors and colorful, natural decorations.

The class will be in the Culinary Arts Room at Orcas Elementary on Sunday November 16th 1:00-4:00pm.
