Description

Adult Ballet
Our Adult Ballet classes focus on building a strong technical foundation in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes emphasize proper body alignment, use of turnout, coordination, musicality, and fluidity of movement through port de bras and epaulement.
Whether you are returning to dance or trying ballet for the first time, this class is designed to help you grow in strength, confidence, and overall technique at your own pace.
Pointe work is not included in this class unless specifically approved by the instructor.
Dress Code
Dancers should wear comfortable, form-fitting dance or athletic wear that allows for full movement and helps the instructor see body alignment clearly.
Recommended attire includes:
Leotard and tights or fitted athletic wearBallet shoesHair pulled back away from the face (bun, ponytail, or secured back)
Warm-ups are welcome but may be asked to be removed during class to allow for proper corrections.
