Spectrum's Adult Saturday Social Club provides a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for adults on the autism spectrum, ages 18 and older, to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and enjoy meaningful connections with their peers. Participants must be out of high school, have independent self-help skills, and be able to participate with minimal supervision. The club offers a variety of engaging activities, including board games, group games, karaoke, movies, and opportunities to socialize and connect with friends. The program is managed by Spectrum Autism Support Group, under the oversight of Kim Renfroe, and supervised by professional staff who facilitate activities, encourage positive social interactions, and support friendship-building. Program Details Schedule: Saturdays, 6:30–8:30 PM Location: Spectrum Autism Support Center 2997 Main Street, Duluth, GA 30096 Registration & Membership Membership Fee: $250 per 10-week session Adult Saturday Social Club operates on a flexible membership model. One registration covers the entire 10-week session, allowing participants to attend any or all scheduled Saturdays based on their availability. The membership fee remains the same regardless of how many sessions a participant attends. Advance registration is required. Important Program Guidelines To maintain a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment, all participants are expected to follow the Adult Saturday Social Club Rules of Etiquette. These guidelines include: • Check in and out with program staff. • Treat fellow participants and staff with kindness and respect, including respecting personal boundaries. • Participate appropriately in group activities and follow staff instructions. • Limit cell phone and electronic device use to emergencies or as directed by staff. • Refrain from inappropriate language, alcohol, threatening behavior, or physical aggression. Arrive and depart according to the scheduled program times.
