Students will learn the foundations of argumentation along with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to strengthen their persuasive skills and express their ideas with clarity and confidence. Throughout the camp, students will explore the structure of an argumentative essay, learn how to craft strong and compelling claims, discover how to find and evaluate high-quality evidence, and practice clearly explaining their reasoning to effectively convince an audience.
