Your chance to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with legendary 4th Degree Black Belt & King of the Early Birds - Mr Tides & Vibes - Professor Leonard Brancao Da Silva.
The seminar will cover multiple angles of gentle art from practical fundamentals to detailed application of techniques and jiu-jitsu for self-defense.
No gi: All you need is shorts and a T-shirt (preferably fitted and without pockets).
