Junior Academy helps young players build essential soccer skills like passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control, and real game awareness.
Our Junior Academy is the entry point for many Downey United Football Club athletes, giving players the perfect introduction to the DUFC competitive pathway. We have graduated many Junior Academy players into our competitive teams.
It’s also a great opportunity for current DUFC players to get extra touches on the ball, sharpen their technique, and connect with new teammates.
The program includes 6 Friday Training Sessions focused on player development and 2 Game Days where players can put their skills into action.
