This workshop will provide an overview of Social Media Safety, which can be used for yourself, or loved ones. At the end of the workshop, the listener will be able to identify the importance of social media harm reduction, recognize how social media affects the whole self, recognize the signs of emergency cause by social media, and list 3 ways to make social media use safer.This workshop is present by Whittier Wellness Communities
