Join us for this registered class on the Philosphy of Yoga. We will include some gentle yoga stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques in addition to exploring the history and philosophy of Yoga from its origins in Asia. Class will meet inside Eisenhower and find an outdoor space to practice. The class will be based on the work of Dr. Shyam Ranganthan, specifically his translation of the Yoga Sutra and introductory volume Yoga-Anticolonial Philosophy.
