Adult Swimming Lessons are designed to aid persons age 15+ to learn to swim, improve strokes, or begin fitness swimming. Our instructors will design the lesson to fit the needs of each individual student, whether they are new to swimming or just want to improve their strokes for fitness swimming.
**Class will not be held on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The class price has been pro-rated to reflect this missing class.**
