Description

This is a swim team type program designed for adults. Practices will work on various aspects of fitness such as endurance, cardio, flexibility, and strength. A coach will be present to provide swimmers with feedback and listen to any questions, comments or concerns you may have. This would be a good fit for you if you are looking to train for a triathlon or if you just want to stay fit and be a part of a team. Note: This class is NOT intended for beginner swimmers. This class is for intermediate to experienced swimmers who wish to get an hour-long structured workout. Proficiency in at least one stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) is required.
