Description

Bingocize is an evidence-based program that combines a game of Bingo with balance/strength exercises and educational information on how to prevention falls. This program runs for 10 weeks, meeting twice a week for 45-60 minutes. Through this program, we hope to increase functional fitness with range of motion, balance, and strength exercises while empowering participants with the knowledge of strategies for preventing falls related to home safety, community hazards, and vision/medication considerations.
