Description
Active Older Adult 50+ approved class. Build strength and flexibility through exercises designed to increase range of motion and strength. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels and will use hand held weights, resistance tubing, and rubber balls. A chair is used for seated exercises and support.Age Category
