Navigating a healthier, more satisfying life at a time in history when most older adults will experience living longer than ever before is both a gift and a challenge. Aging with intent requires a shift in perspective and challenging the status quo. In this session, Colleen Zombek, Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, will lead a discussion exploring the art and science of thriving in life’s second half.
