Beginner-intermediate. Ditch the gentle routines and turn up the heat! This high-energy HIIT session is designed for active adults who want to finish the day strong. Build real-world power, endurance, and balance through structured intervals using dumbbells, resistance bands, and jump ropes. It’s safe, social, and a serious sweat—redefine what it means to stay active after dark. Members must be able to get up and down from the floor.
