Description
An old saying goes, "Hard times builds strong humans", and that is exactly what many citizens and immigrants faced when they took the Oregon Trail west to build a better life. Unimaginable hardship, with danger and demise along every mile. Preparation is everything, and we learn in this segment the critical decisions pioneers had to make prior to undertaking this journey. Take too little or not enough, and failure awaits. You will learn the life and death decisions as your supplies dictated your survival. A limited amount of wagon space. Furniture or food? Seed or a plow?
