During an emergency, you may face questions about medical treatment and not be able to answer them yourself. You may assume your loved ones know what you would want, but that’s not always true. Join Dr. Kiersten Joseph and April Kralevich RN from OhioHealth for a practical and engaging discussion as you explore how your personal goals and values inform the kind of care and treatment you may or may not want. Copies of legal documents that allow individuals to outline their preference for medical treatment, living wills and durable power of attorney for health care, will be provided. Dr. Joseph and April will be available to assist in completing these documents if requested.
