Description

This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.

This class is for active beginners or those with some yoga experience. Deepen your practice with foundational poses, advanced postures, flow, and breathwork. All levels are welcomed. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor easily. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga or thick blanket.
