This class is for active beginners or those with some yoga experience. Deepen your practice with foundational poses, advanced postures, flow, and breathwork. All levels are welcomed. Must be able to get up and down from the floor easily.

Please bring a yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga mat and a thick blanket for class.
