Learn the simplified 24 Form Tai Chi with step-by-step instructions. This low-impact, weight-bearing exercise improves balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and memory through controlled movements and enhanced body awareness. Experience recommended. No class on 04/01.
Some Tai Chi experience or beginner Tai Chi class recommended. No class on 04/01.
