About this event
Description
This class focuses on teaching seniors important principles of self-defense. It includes ways that a cane can be effectively used for self-defense.
No class on 1/19 & 2/16Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Use of a cane for self-defense is not mandatory. Loaner canes available. No class on 1/19 & 2/16
