The Latin-Inspired dance fitness class is now being taught in the chair for those with limited mobility, but given the choice to stand at any time. Zumba Gold® seated classes, when attended regularly, can help with: muscle strength, Balance, Range of Motion, Flexibility, Mental Awareness & Functioning, Mood, and so much more!
