Description
Vanessa will guide you smoothly from one asana (pose) to the next using intentional breath - moving on the inhale and exhale to create a flowing, mindful practice.This class blends Pilates, yoga, and elements of ballet technique to build core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled, aligned movement. Using your center for stability and balance, the poses are thoughtfully choreographed to create a graceful, dance-like flow inspired by Vinyasa yoga. Through Mixtiso’s unique technique - combining Pilates and yoga - you’ll strengthen the body, calm the mind, and nurture a deeper spiritual connection within. This practice supports healing not only physically, but emotionally, encouraging positive thinking and inner balance.All levels are welcome. Movements can be modified for beginners, while intermediate and advanced students will be appropriately challenged.Please bring your own mat, blocks, and great energy.
