Description

This class introduces the elegant practice of Tai Chi using traditional fan and straight sword forms. Students will explore flowing movements that build balance, coordination, and focus.

Class Fee: $12 for Daly City residents. $15 for non-residents.The class fee covers both Wednesday and Thursdays classes.Wednesday classes are located in the War Memorial Community Center Upper Gym (6655 Mission St.). Friday classes are in the Larcombe Clubhouse at Westlake Park (99 Lake Merced Blvd.).
