Can be used for any 6 Yoga From the Inside Out Fall classes, Monday 6:30-8:00 PM and/or Thursday 4:00-5:30 PM. Gentle accessible ways to build better body intelligence through movement, breath, active rest, and somatic exploration in yoga.
