Beginning in October, the Culver- Palms Family YMCA will host two enriching workshops designed to support parents and active adults.Building Resilient ParentAn eight-week program that helps parents develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to build resilience and successfully navigate the ups and downs of family life.Color of WisdomA five -week creative wellness group designed for active adults to explore self -expression, support their well-being, and connect with others through creativity.
